چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر محلول‌پاشی برخی عناصر ریزمغذی و اسید سالیسیلیک بر خصوصیات ریشه و عملکرد دانه کلزا تحت تنش کم‌آبی، آزمایشی به‌صورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح آماری بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار به مدت دو سال زراعی (1397-1395) در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه لرستان اجرا گردید. آبیاری در دو سطح (آبیاری در 80 درصد ظرفیت زراعی مزرعه و آبیاری در 30 درصد ظرفیت زراعی مزرعه) در کرت‌های اصلی و ترکیب عناصر ریزمغذی (عدم مصرف و محلول‌پاشی با نسبت 2 در هزار) و عامل اسید سالیسیلیک در چهار سطح (صفر، 0.5، 1 و 1.5 میلی‌مولار) در کرت‌های فرعی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج مقایسه میانگین داده‌ها نشان داد بیش‌ترین درصد روغن از غلظت‌های یک تا یک‌‌ و ‌‌نیم میلی‌مولار اسید سالیسیلیک به دست آمد. بیش‌ترین حجم ریشه (49.90 سانتی‌متر مکعب) از ترکیب (محلول‌پاشی 1.5 میلی‌مولار اسید سالیسیلیک و غلظت 2 در هزار کود ریزمغذی) به دست آمد. بیش‌ترین وزن خشک ریشه (28.95 گرم)، سطح ریشه (4360 سانتی‌متر مربع) و کارایی مصرف آب (1.26 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب) از ترکیب (عدم تنش+ محلول‌پاشی 1.5 میلی‌مولار اسید سالیسیلیک و غلظت 2 در هزار کود ریزمغذی) به دست آمد. در سال اول بیش‌ترین عملکرد دانه (4427.7 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از ترکیب (عدم تنش+ محلول‌پاشی 1.5 میلی‌مولار اسید سالیسیلیک و غلظت 2 در هزار کود ریزمغذی) و در سال دوم از ترکیب (عدم تنش+ محلول‌پاشی یک میلی‌مولار اسید سالیسیلیک و غلظت 2 در هزار کود ریزمغذی) با میانگین (4955.7 کیلوگرم در هکتار) به دست آمد. استفاده از کود ریزمغذی سه‌گانه (آهن+ روی+ منگنز) با غلظت 2 در هزار به‌همراه غلظت‌ 1.5 میلی‌مولار اسید سالیسیلیک جهت کاهش اثرات سوء تنش کم‌آبی و حصول عملکرد مناسب در کلزا توصیه می‌گردد.
