چکیده

تریتی‌پایروم سومین غله جدید دست‌ساز بشر و متحمل به شوری است و تا مرحله رهاسازی به عنوان رقم تجاری نیاز به بررسی‌های تکمیلی دارد که این تحقیق در راستای این نیاز انجام شد. به منظور بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف شوری بر لاین‌های تریتی‌پایرم و گندم آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. فاکتور اول شامل 13 لاین تریتی‌پایروم، گندم الوند و قدس و فاکتور دوم سطوح مختلف شوری (صفر، 80، 160 و 240 میلی‌مولار کلرید‌سدیم) بود. اندازه‌گیری عناصر سدیم و پتاسیم برگ و ریشه یک‌ماه پس از اعمال تنش شوری انجام و میزان پرولین، پروتئین محلول برگی و قندهای محلول برگی نیز اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش تنش شوری، میزان پتاسیم ریشه کاهش ولی میزان سدیم ریشه و برگ افزایش یافت. میزان پرولین و قندهای محلول برگی نیز با افزایش غلظت نمک افزایش یافتند. در تنش 240 میلی مولار، بیشترین میزان پتاسیم برگ مربوط به لاین‌های Ka/b و La(4B/4D)*b و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به لاین‌های‌ Az/b، F3(Cr/b)(Ka/b) و رقم قدس بود. بیشترین نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم برگ مربوط به لاین‌های F3(Cr/b)(Ma/b)، La(4B/4D)*b و St/b بود و لذا این لاین‌ها نسبت به شرایط تنش شوری تحمل بیشتری دارند. بیشترین میزان وراثت پذیری عمومی در شرایط نرمال متعلق به صفت پرولین و در شرایط تنش متعلق به قند محلول برگی بود. ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی با استفاده از تجزیه خوشه‌ای در شرایط بدون تنش 3 و در شرایط تنش 4 گروه را تشکیل دادند. با توجه به نتایج حاصله می‌توان از تلاقی ژنوتیپ-های با حداکثر اختلاف ژنتیکی، جهت دورگ‌گیری استفاده نمود.
