چکیده

به منظور مطالعه اثر محلول‌پاشی اکسین (ایندول استیک اسید) بر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی ارقام گلرنگ در شرایط تنش خشکی انتهای فصل رشد، آزمایشی به صورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مؤسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج واقع در استان البرز در سال زراعی ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایشی شامل تنش خشکی در دو سطح شامل آبیاری معمول (آبیاری پس از 60 میلی‌متر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A) و قطع آبیاری از مرحله گلدهی به عنوان عامل اصلی و رقم شامل دو رقم گلمهر و گلدشت و محلول‌پاشی اکسین در دو سطح شامل عدم محلول‌پاشی و کاربرد چهار گرم در لیتر اکسین به عنوان کرت فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد تنش خشکی موجب کاهش ارتفاع بوته، تعداد طبق در بوته، تعداد دانه در طبق، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص اسپد، درصد روغن و افزایش پرولین و فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان کاتالاز و پراکسیداز شد. مشاهده گردید که رقم گلمهر ارتفاع بوته و درصد روغن و رقم گلدشت تعداد دانه در طبق، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص اسپد، پرولین و فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز و پراکسیداز بیشتری داشت. بر اساس نتایج، رقم گلدشت مقاومت بیشتری به تنش خشکی در مقایسه با رقم گلمهر دارا بود. همچنین مشاهده شده که محلول‌پاشی اکسین در شرایط تنش خشکی پرولین و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز را افزایش داد. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد اکسین توانست اثرات منفی تنش خشکی را با افزایش شاخص اسپد، پرولین و فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان تعدیل بخشد.
