چکیده

هدف از انجام این آزمایش بررسی تاثیر نحوه مصرف اسیدهیومیک‌های استخراجی از منابع متفاوت بر روی گیاه آفتابگردان در یک خاک آهکی می‌باشد. این آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار بر روی گیاه آفتابگردان انجام شد. تیمارها شامل دو روش مصرف خاکی و محلول‌پاشی (هر دو روش در یک سطح و در غلظت 0.6 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم (میلی‌گرم بر لیتر) منابع بکار رفته‌اند) و 5 منبع اسیدهیومیک (اسیدهیومیک استخراج شده از بیوچار 400 درجه (چوب درخت چنار)، بیوچار 200 درجه (چوب درخت چنار)، لجن (فاضلاب کارخانجات چوب و کاغذ)، کود دامی (گاوی) و شاهد) می‌باشد. اثرات متقابل محلول‌پاشی بیوچار 200درجه نشان می‌دهد که صفات تعداد برگ، پتاسیم، کلروفیل a و کل و وزن خشک نسبت به شاهد به‌ترتیب 61، 45، 62 و 64 درصد و1.4 برابر افزایش یافته‌اند و همچنین محلول‌پاشی بیوچار 400درجه نیز میزان کلروفیلb و کارتنویید را نسبت به شاهد به‌ترتیب 1.5 برابر و 50% افزایش داد. نتایج اثرات متقابل مصرف خاکی بیوچار 200درجه بر وزن تر نسبت به شاهد 75% افزایش و تیمار لجن بر طول ساقه و فسفر نسبت به شاهد به‌ترتیب 58% و 1.75 برابر افزایش نشان دادند و اثرات متقابل مصرف خاکی کود دامی نیز نسبت به شاهد وزن خاکستر گیاه را 3.22 برابر افزایش داد. به‌طورکلی، با توجه به نتایج، محلول‌پاشی اسیدهیومیک استخراجی از بیوچار 200درجه، بهترین تاثیر را در افزایش عملکرد و اجزاء آن داشت.
