تنش‌های محیطی در علوم زراعی

ارزیابی واکنش‌های رشدی و توانایی تجمع کادمیوم و سرب در اندام‌های مختلف گیاه سورگوم (.Sorghum bicolar L)

چکیده
آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین به دلیل خطرات زیست محیطی که برای سلامت انسان دارند، در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه بسیاری از محقیقن قرار گرفته است. به‌منظور بررسی واکنش‌های زیستی گیاه سورگوم (Sorghum bicolar L.) در شرایط تنش (کادمیوم و سرب)، این آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بیرجند انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل نوع عنصر در دو سطح (شامل کادمیوم و سرب) و غلظت‌های هر عنصر در شش سطح (شامل 0 ، 25، 50، 100، 200 و 400 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک) بود. به‌منظور آماده‌سازی خاک تیمارها از کلرید کادمیوم و کلرید سرب استفاده شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگین‌ ها نشان داد صفت‌های شاخص سبزینگی، وزن خشک ریشه و وزن خشک اندام هوایی در مقایسه با شاهد در بالاترین غلظت فلزات سنگین (400 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم)، به‌ترتیب 51.0، 41.41 و 38.9 درصد به صورت معنی‌داری کاهش یافت. علاوه بر این نتایج مقایسه میانگین داده‌های اثر نوع فلزات سنگین بر خصوصیات رشدی سورگوم نشان داد که فلز کادمیوم با 30.8 درصد کاهش، نسبت به فلز سرب اثر بیشتری بر وزن خشک ریشه سورگوم داشت. افزایش غلظت فلزات سنگین در خاک منجر به افزایش غلظت آن‌ها در ریشه و در اندام هوایی شد. با افزایش غلظت از 25 به 400 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم به ترتیب افزایش 74.6 و 49.4 درصدی غلظت فلزهای سنگین در ریشه و اندام هوایی مشاهده شد. فاکتورهای غلظت زیستی، ضریب تجمع زیستی در ریشه، ضریب تجمع زیستی در اندام هوایی با افزایش غلظت برای هر دو عنصر کادمیوم و سرب کاهش یافتند. فاکتور انتقال و راندمان انتقال نیز برای سرب در مقایسه با کادمیوم بیشتر بود. درنهایت به نظر می‌رسد گیاه سورگوم به‌منظور کاهش سمیت کادمیوم و سرب تا حدود زیادی این عناصر را در ریشه نگه‌داری کرده و درصد کمی از آن‌ها را به اندام هوایی منتقل می‌کند.
