واکنش جوانه‌زنی ژنوتیپ­های باقلا (.LVicia faba ) به دما: ارزیابی تحمل به دما

چکیده
در این مطالعه، تأثیر دما بر مولفه‌های جوانه‌زنی و ویژگی‌های سبزشدن در ۲۰ ژنوتیپ باقلا (Vicia faba L.) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بررسی روند تغییرات درصد جوانه‌زنی با استفاده از مدل درجه دوم نشان داد درصد جوانه‌زنی به‌طور قابل توجهی بین ژنوتیپ‌ها متفاوت بود و تحت تأثیر دما قرار گرفت، به‌طوری که درصد جوانه‌زنی در دماهای پایین‌تر از حد مطلوب افزایش و در دماهای بالاتر از حد مطلوب کاهش یافت. این تحقیق دماهای کاردینال (دمای پایه، مطلوب و سقف) برای درصد جوانه‌زنی را مشخص کرد که شامل دمای پایه (Tb) بین 3.0- تا 1.7 درجه سانتیگراد، دمای مطلوب (To) بین 15.6 تا 18.6 درجه سانتیگراد و دمای سقف (Tc) بین 33.2 تا 38.4 درجه سانتیگراد بود. همچنین، در این مطالعه، دماهای کاردینال برای سرعت جوانه‌زنی با استفاده از یک تابع دوتکه‌ای تخمین زده شد. دمای پایه بین 1.2 تا 5.2 درجه سانتیگراد، دمای مطلوب بین 23.0 تا 26.1 درجه سانتیگراد و دمای سقف بین 31.8 تا 36.7 درجه سانتیگراد بود. علاوه بر این، ژنوتیپ‌ها بر اساس تحمل دمایی خود که با مقادیر CTRI تعیین شد، در گروه‌های مختلف دسته‌بندی شدند. به طور قابل توجه، همبستگی مثبت قوی بین تحمل به گرما (H-CTRI) و دمای پایه مشاهده شد، در حالی که همبستگی منفی معنی‌داری بین تحمل به سرما (C-CTRI) و دمای پایه وجود داشت. این مطالعه اطلاعات ضروری برای انتخاب ژنوتیپ‌های باقلا با تحمل دمایی مناسب را فراهم می‌کند و به تصمیم‌گیری‌های اصلاحی و کشت در شرایط آب‌وهوایی مختلف کمک می‌کند.
