تأثیرمحلول‌پاشی براسینواستروئید بر صفات مورفولوژیکی، عملکرد دانه و شاخص‌های رشد کاملینا (Camelina sativa) تحت تنش شوری

چکیده

کاملینا (Camelina sativa)گیاه روغنی مقاوم به شوری، برای کشاورزی پایدار اهمیت دارد. این پژوهش تأثیر تنش شوری و محلول‌پاشی براسینواستروئید بر صفات مورفولوژیک ، عملکرد دانه و شاخص‌های رشد کاملینا را بررسی کرد. آزمایش به‌صورت کرت‌های یک‌بار خردشده بر پایه طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو سال زراعی (1400-1401 و 1401-1402) در یزد اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی شوری در چهار سطح (0، 4، 8، 12 دسی زیمنس بر متر) و فاکتور فرعی محلول‌پاشی 24-اپی‌براسینولید در چهار غلظت (0، 1، 2، 3 میکرو مولار) اعمال شد. اثر متقابل شوری و براسینواستروئید بر ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه‌های جانبی، تعداد خورجین در بوته، تعداد دانه در خورجین، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستی و شاخص برداشت در سطح یک درصد معنی‌دار بود. شوری 12دسی زیمنس بر متر، عملکرد دانه را 44 درصد نسبت به شرایط عدم تنش کاهش داد، در حالی که محلول‌پاشی 3 میکرومولار براسینواستروئید عملکرد دانه را در شوری 0، 4، 8 و 12 دسی زیمنس بر متر به‌ترتیب 59، 59، 55 و 76 درصد و تعداد شاخه‌های جانبی را 161، 23، 97 و 193 درصد نسبت شرایط عدم محلول‌پاشی براسینواستروئید افزایش داد. محلول‌پاشی 24-اپی‌براسینولید، به‌ویژه در غلظت 3 میکرومولار، راهکاری مؤثر برای کاهش اثرات شوری و بهبود عملکرد کاملینا است.
