تأثیر سطوح مختلف بیوچار اقاقیا (Robinia pseudoacacia) بر رشد، محتوای اسانس و جذب عناصر غذایی گیاه مریم‌گلی (.Salvia officinalis L) تحت تنش کادمیوم

چکیده

تنش فلزات سنگین یکی از عوامل محیطی محدود کننده رشد گیاهان می‌باشد. بیوچار ماده آلی کربنی اصلاح کننده خاک می‌باشد که می‌تواند دسترسی زیستی مواد آلاینده را کاهش دهد و به ویژه برای فلزات سنگین بسیار کارآمد است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف بیوچار حاصل از چوب اقاقیا ( Robinia pseudoacacia) بر برخی خصوصیات رشدی، محتوای اسانس و جذب عناصر غذایی گیاه مریم گلی تحت تنش کادمیوم انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سطوح مختلف بیوچار (صفر، 1 و 2 درصد وزنی) و تنش کادمیوم در سه سطح 0، 30 و 60 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک بود که بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی گروه علوم باغبانی، دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام گردید. نتایج حاصل از بر همکنش کاربرد بیوچار در سطوح مختلف کادمیوم نشان داد که کاربرد بیوچار در سطح 2 درصد وزنی سبب افزایش ارتفاع گیاه، سطح برگ، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و طول ریشه در سطوح مختلف کادمیوم گردید. بالا رفتن سطح کادمیوم سبب کاهش این صفات گردید به طوری که بیشترین ارتفاع گیاه، ( 22 سانتی‌متر) سطح برگ ( 709.84 سانتی متر مربع)، وزن تر (36.63 گرم در بوته) و خشک (20.44 گرم در بوته) اندام هوایی، طول ریشه (30.75 سانتی‌متر) و محتوای اسانس ( 0.8 درصد حجمی/وزنی) در تیمار 2 درصد وزنی بیوچار بدون کادمیوم مشاهده شد. استفاده از بیوچار با کاهش انتقال کادمیوم از ریشه به اندام‌های هوایی و بهبود جذب عناصر غذایی، اثرات مضر کادمیوم روی رشد را کاهش داد.
