اثر توأم تلقیح با قارچ مایکوریزا و کاربرد سالیسیلیک اسید بر صفات فیزیولوژیکی و برخی صفات رشد در گیاه اسفناج (.Spinacia oleracea L) در شرایط تنش خشکی

چکیده

تنش خشکی یکی از تهدید‌های جدی برای تولید محصولات زراعی است. ایجاد استرس اکسیداتیو باعث کاهش قابل توجه رشد و عملکرد محصول می شود. قارچ‌های میکوریزی آربوسکولار (AMF) یکی از مهم‌‌ترین محرک‌های پویایی اکوسیستم خاک هستند. AMF رشد و نمو گیاهان را با با کاهش اثرات نامطلوب تنش غیرزیستی بهبود می بخشد. به منظور بررسی اثر تلقیح با قارچ مایکوریزا و کاربرد سالسیلیک اسید بر صفات آنتی‌اکسیدانی و محتوای پرولین در گیاه اسفناج (Spinacia oleracea L.) در شرایط تنش خشکی آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل با دو سطح تنش خشکی (عدم تنش و تنش خشکی) و دو سطح قارچ مایکوریزا (عدم تلقیح و تلقیح با قارچ مایکوریزا) و کاربرد سالسیلیک اسید در دو سطح (مصرف، عدم مصرف) با سه تکرار انجام گرفت. براساس نتایج صفات مورفولوژیکی اسفناج از جمله ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ و شاخص سطح برگ تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایش قرار گرفتند، به طوری که تنش خشکی باعث کاهش صفات مذکور شده و کاربرد قارچ مایکوریزا و کاربرد سالسیلیک اسید این صفات را به ترتیب 36، 41 و 66 درصد نسبت به شرایط تنش خشکی افزایش داد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که تلقیح با قارچ مایکوریزا و کاربرد سالسیلیک اسید در شرایط تنش خشکی از طریق افزایش پرولین باعث افزایش مقاومت گیاه به تنش خشکی شدند. بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی اکسیدانی سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز (2.1، 2.5 و 2.8 واحد آنزیم بر دقیقه بر میلی‌گرم پروتئین) نیز در شرایط تنش خشکی و کاربرد سالسیلیک اسید و تلقیح با قارچ مایکوریزا بدست آمد. در این پژوهش همچنین کاربرد قارچ مایکوریزا تا حد قابل مشاهده‌ای محتوای مالون‌دی آلدئید را کاهش داد.
