چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر کاربرد بیوچار حاصل از تفاله موم زنبورعسل در شرایط تنش شوری و روی در گیاه دارویی همیشه‌بهار، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه فاکتور شامل تنش شوری در دو سطح (شاهد، آب شهر و 6 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر)، عنصر روی در 4 سطح (شاهد، 300، 1500 و 3000 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک) و بیوچار حاصل از تفاله موم زنبورعسل در سه سطح (شاهد، 1.5 و 3 درصد وزنی) در سه تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که اعمال تنش شوری و روی منجر به کاهش معنی‌دار وزن خشک بوته و گل گیاه همیشه‌بهار در مقایسه با شرایط عدم تنش گردید .بطوریکه بیشترین میزان بیوماس و وزن خشک گل در تیمار عدم تنش شوری (شاهد) به همراه تنش روی با غلظت 300 پی‌پی‌ام و بیوچار 1.5 درصد وزنی به ترتیب میزان 9.83 و 1.59 گرم در بوته مشاهده شد و کمترین میزان آن متعلق به تیمار شوری 6 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر و تنش روی با غلظت 1500 پی‌پی‌ام و عدم مصرف بیوچار به ترتیب به میزان 1.8 و 0.27 گرم در بوته بود همچنین میزان رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی و متابولیت‌های ثانویه نظیر ترکیبات فنلی، فلاونوئیدها و آنتوسیانین‌ها در مقایسه با شرایط عدم تنش کاهش ولی میزان فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز تحت تنش شوری و روی در مقایسه با تیمارهای شاهد افزایش یافتند. استفاده از بیوچار در سطح 1.5 درصد، در شرایط تنش شوری و روی سبب افزایش صفات رویشی، بهبود رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی، متابولیت‌های ثانویه و آنزیم‌های آنتی-اکسیدانی، در مقایسه با شرایط عدم مصرف بیوچار شد.
