چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی واکنش بالنگو شهری (Lallemantia iberica) و شیرازی (Lallemantia royleana) به کاربرد کود نانو آهن کلات در رژیم‌های متفاوت آبیاری بود. آزمایش به صورت اسپیلت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شاهد در سال 1397-1398 اجرا شد. عامل اصلی، رژیم آبیاری در سه سطح (آبیاری پس از 30، 60 و 90 درصد تخلیه آب قابل استفاده خاک) و ترکیب فاکتوریل کود نانو آهن کلات (کاربرد و عدم کاربرد) و گونه گیاهی بالنگو (بالنگو شهری (L. iberica) و بالنگو شیرازی (L. royleana) به عنوان عامل فرعی در نظر گرفته شد. کم آبیاری در هر دو گونه باعث کاهش محتوای کلروفیل، فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان، ویژگی‌های رشد، عملکرد بذر، محتوای موسیلاژ و روغن بذر شد؛ به طوری که کمترین این صفات در تیمار 90 درصد تخلیه آب به دست آمد اما کاربرد کود نانو آهن کلات تاثیر مثبت بر روی این صفات در هر دو گونه گذاشت. در هر دو گونه رشد یافته در شرایط کاربرد کود نانو آهن کلات، میانگین صفاتی چون محتوای رنگیزه فتوسنتزی، فعالیت آنزیم-های آنتی اکسیدان، طول ریشه، ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد بذر، محتوای موسیلاژ و روغن بذر در تیمار آبیاری پس از 60 درصد تخلیه آب، بیشتر از سایر تیمارهای آبیاری بود. بیشترین میزان عملکرد بذر و روغن بذر در بالنگو شهری احتمالاً به دلیل افزایش محتوای رنگیزه فتوسنتزی بود. در مقابل افزایش فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و پراکسیداز نشان دهنده بیشترین مقاومت بالنگو شیرازی به تنش اکسیداتیو القا شده از تنش خشکی بود. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد نانو آهن کلات توانست اثرات منفی تنش کم آبی را بر عملکرد بالنگو شهری و شیرازی کاهش دهد و رشد و عملکرد آن‌ها را بهبود ببخشد.
