گزینش چندمنظوره برخی توده‌های گشنیز (.Coriandrum sativum L) بومی ایران برای بهبود هم‌زمان صفات در رژیم‌های رطوبتی مختلف

چکیده

گشنیز گیاهی یک ساله بوده که مانند هر گیاه زراعی دیگری عملکرد آن تحت تاثیر تنش خشکی قرار می‌گیرد. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی توده‌های بومی گشنیز از لحاظ صفات مرتبط با عملکرد و محتوای اسانس میوه و پیشنهاد دو روش گزینش گرافیکی برای ارتقاء چندین صفت کمی و کیفی به طور هم‌زمان در رژیم‌های مختلف آبیاری انجام شد. برای این منظور سه آزمایش در رژیم‌های آبیاری نرمال، تنش خشکی یکباره و تنش خشکی تدریجی هر کدام در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد.نتایج نشان داد گزینش بر اساس محتوای کلروفیل و تعداد برگ پایه می‌تواند به طور هم‌زمان دو صفت اقتصادی عملکرد میوه و محتوای اسانس میوه را بهبود ببخشد. همچنین گزینش درون اکوتیپ 9 (بوشهر) برای کشت دیم و تولید میوه و اسانس در مناطق دارای تنش خشکی انتهای فصل و گزینش بوته‌های برتر اکوتیپ 10 (آذربایجان غربی)برای مصرف تازه خوری و تولید میوه و اسانس در شرایط نرمال توصیه ‌شد. گزینش درون اکوتیپ‌های 3 (فارس)، 4 (اصفهان)، 11 (لرستان)، 14 (اصفهان) و 15 (فارس) و تشکیل جمعیت می‌تواند در بهبود هم‌زمان صفات مهم اقتصادی مانند عملکرد اسانس میوه، تعداد برگ پایه و وزن خشک زیست‌توده، در شرایط آبیاری نرمال و تنش خشکی موثر باشد.
